Return Policy

We do not offer exchanges or refunds except in the case of item defects. Returned product(s) must be received in the original packaging and include all original packaging and accessories along with it. Defective product(s) will be replaced with a like item, upon return.


Return Guidelines:

- Hang tag may not be removed

- All accessories that came with the product must be included

- Product must be in brand new condition with no signs of use or wear and tear

- Must have purchase order number


We do NOT accept any returns of: 

- Any product(s) that has been used, damaged or that is not in its original condition along with all components included in original packaging 

- Any product(s) that were sold as part of a special sale, limited time promotion or via any third-party merchant platforms. 

- Shipping & handling costs are non-refundable.


Return Shipping: If an accessory has a manufacturer defect, we will ship the consumer a new item at no charge to the consumer. Any packages returned after 14-days from the date of receipt will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Please allow time for ground transit.


Returned package: In case of returned package due to either address change or undeliverable package, customer is responsible for the extra shipping cost


Returning Items Paid with Gift Certificate or Store Credit: If you purchased item(s) using a gift certificate or store credit, then you may only receive a refund in the form of store credit.


Refund & Processing Time: If your package ships within 14-days of original date of receipt, your refund will be processed and credited back to the original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Origami Unicorn.


Online Store Credit & Processing Time:  If your package ships within 14-days of original date of receipt and you have selected store credit, your request will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.


Restocking Fee: Merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and accessories included and in saleable condition. ORIGAMI UNICORN LLC. retains the sole right to inspect all merchandise returned prior to a refund being approved and issued. Should any merchandise be found to have signs of wear or not conform with the ORIGAMI UNICORN LLC. Return Policy, then the return will be declined and merchandise will be reshipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.


Wrong Item: For any reason should you be shipped an item that does not match your paperwork from the item ordered, then ORIGAMI UNICORN LLC. will immediately ship the correct item at no charge and will issue a refund for the cost of the return shipping.


Additional Information: Exchanges will be offered based on availability and ORIGAMI UNICORN LLC. inventory. Items are not guaranteed to be in stock, so we advise that you place your order to ensure that you secure the item.


International shipping:

We ship with USPS first class international for our international shipping. It requires at least 10-15 days to reach the destination.


International duty tax:

We ship out our product from California USA. For international shipping you will be responsible for local duties, fees and taxes.

International Return Policy (including Canada): ORIGAMI UNICORN LLC. currently accepts returns or online store credit on a case by case basis. However, the consumer responsible for all shipment costs in returning the product(s). You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

If you have a defective item, please email with your order information, and we will provide next steps to process your claim. Please do not mail us product(s) that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you. We reserve the right to refuse any return, for any reason.
